Are we using all the things we bought?

Shopping is a favorite pastime of almost everyone, for women bags, clothings, perfumes, shoes, jewellery, for men clothing, electronic gadgets.

But, most of us buy on impulse, only when after owning the stuffs, they discover that they may either won’t use it or leave it aside. With our natural resources depleting at a rate never seen before, humankind will be very likely to end by 2050. With consumerism at a all time high, people in China and India are hungry for a taste for the high life. They are an unstoppable unholy force which will hasten our demise and companies are ever so eager to feed their voracity.

But the world can still be saved, it begins with you, the one who is reading this essay. If you have to drive, buy a small car and drive only when necessary. Buy things that you cannot live without and not for their aesthetic value only. Use electricity sparingly and save water as well. You may think you are just one human and won’t make a difference but a difference is all it takes. Godspeed.
