Resting and Beauty and Vitality

It finally took me 28 years to find out the simple secret of beauty and and vitality. It is Sleeping before 12am. As easy as that.

While I thought that as long you have slept for more than 7 hours, that will be enough, but one important fact is that you have to follow the routine of the sun instead of being your own lord. Because the sun sleep at around 7pm, we need to sleep soon after he had set down. The sun ray hit us at the same time everyday and therefore, instead of deciding on how many hours we want to sleep everyday, we have to sleep a fixed number of hours after him. Because in my country, sleeping before 12am is the best time to start sleeping to reap the most benefits out of your own body. Our body’s biological clock is always in Sync with the sun unless you hide in a dark room everyday.

So if you are feeling tired and sleepy and having poor skin, learn from the ladies and sleep before 12am. It work wonders.
